Call Tracking "Keywords" showing numbers

• The Keywords field comes from the landing page URL, from parameters like keyword, utm_keyword, term, or utm_term.
• If you see numbers, your ad tracking template is putting a keyword ID into that parameter instead of the keyword text. Update the tracking template (for example, use {keyword} in Google Ads) to fix it.
