The Customer Success Center is your central hub in NinjaCat, connecting you with the right people, resources, and information to help you get the most out of the platform.
How to Access the Success Center
- Log in to your NinjaCat account.
- In the left-hand navigation bar, click on "Success Center" located just below "Settings."

Versions of the Customer Success Center
The Customer Success Center has two different versions depending on your current status with NinjaCat: the Standard Success Center and the Onboarding Success Center.
Standard Success Center
This is the version you see after completing onboarding. It includes:
- Contacts: Quickly find and connect with your NinjaCat team.
- Announcements: Stay informed about the latest NinjaCat news, updates, and feature releases.
Onboarding Success Center
During your initial onboarding period, you'll have access to additional tools and resources. This version includes all standard features, plus:
- Onboarding Sessions Checklist: Track your onboarding progress in real-time as you complete each session.
- Learn & Connect: Essential learning resources to support your onboarding journey, including:
Onboarding Hub: View recordings of your onboarding sessions, ask questions, and collaborate directly with your Learning Specialist.- Documentation: Access detailed step-by-step guides on setting up, configuring, and using NinjaCat effectively.
- NinjaCademy: Access on-demand training videos created by NinjaCat experts to deepen your understanding of the platform.
- Blogs and Podcasts: Explore insights on marketing trends, advertising technology, data management, and more.
- System Status: View real-time system updates to confirm that NinjaCat is running smoothly.
