Agent Library Tour

Welcome to the Agents Library, the homebase for all AI Agents created within your organization. To access it, select “Agents” from the left navigation bar.

Navigating the Agents Library

All Agents built by your team are listed here in alphabetical order. From this view, users can:

• See key details for each Agent, including:
  • 1. Agent Name
  • 2. Description
  • 3. Data Providers associated with its assigned datasets
  • 4. Last Updated timestamp (when the configuration was last saved)
  • 5. Access Level Public, Chat Only or Private
• 6. Filter the Agent list by:
  • All Agents (entire organization)
  • My Agents (Agents you’ve personally built)
  • Permission Level (More details on permissions [HERE]).
• 7. Favorites & Personalization
  • Each user can favorite specific Agents, pinning them to the top of their Agents Library for quick access. Favorited Agents are unique to the individual user, making it easy to keep your most-used Agents front and center.
