Agent Library Tour

Welcome to the Agents Library, the homebase for all AI Agents created within your organization. To access it, select "Agents" from the left navigation bar.

Navigating the Agents Library

All Agents built by your team are listed here in alphabetical order. From this view, users can:

• See key details for each Agent, including:
  • 1. Agent Name
  • 2. Description
  • 3. Data Providers associated with its assigned datasets
  • 4. Last Updated timestamp (when the configuration was last saved)
• 5. Filter the Agent list — use the filter options at the top of the Agents Library to quickly narrow down your list. Available filters include:
  • All Agents / My Agents — view all agents in your organization or only the agents you've personally built
  • Owner — filter agents by the team member who owns them
  • Data Source — filter agents by the data source(s) they are connected to
  • Team Access — filter by whether an agent is private (accessible only to its owner) or public (accessible to the broader team)
  • Has Sub-Agents — filter to show only agents that have Sub-Agents configured
  • Has Triggers — filter to show only agents that have Triggers configured
• 6. Favorites & Personalization
  • Each user can favorite specific Agents, pinning them to the top of their Agents Library for quick access. Favorited Agents are unique to the individual user, making it easy to keep your most-used Agents front and center.
