Access NinjaCat User Profile

1. Click on your name near the top left of the page to reveal the User Dropdown Menu

2. Click on "Profile" from the User Dropdown Menu

NinjaCat User Profile Options

After accessing the User Profile these options are available:

Profile Photo - Upload a profile photo from your computer

Email Address - Enter your preferred contact email address

Name - Enter your preferred name

Phone Number - Enter your preferred contact phone number

My Landing Page - Choose which page you land on after logging in to NinjaCat. Select any page you have access to from the dropdown, or leave it set to "Default" to use the standard landing page. Learn more below.

My Landing Page Preference

You can now choose the page you land on after logging in to NinjaCat. A "My Landing Page" dropdown on your User Profile lets you pick your preferred landing page from any page you have access to.

How to Set Your Landing Page

1. Access the NinjaCat User Profile (see steps above)

2. Locate the "My Landing Page" dropdown on your profile

3. Click the dropdown to see a list of available pages — this list is based on your current permissions

4. Select the page you'd like to land on after logging in

5. Save your profile changes

The next time you log in, you'll be taken directly to your chosen page.

Good to Know

• Default option: The first option in the dropdown is "Default" followed by the current default page name in brackets (e.g., "Default (Accounts)"). Select this if you want to use the standard landing page.
• Permission-based: The dropdown only shows pages you currently have access to.
• Automatic fallback: If your chosen landing page ever becomes unavailable — for example, due to a permissions change — you'll automatically be routed to the default landing page. No action is needed on your part.
• Single-page access: If you only have access to one page, the dropdown won't appear since there's no alternative to choose from.

How to Change Your Password

1. Access the NinjaCat User Profile

2. Click on "Change Password" near the top right of the page

3. Enter your new password in the field

NinjaNote: Click the "Eyeball" button to the right of the field to toggle a decrypted, or encrypted view of the text you're typing in the Password field

4. Click the "Change Password" button near the bottom left of the page
