Accessing Settings
- Click on "Settings" near the bottom left of the page to reveal the "Settings Menu"
- Click on the desired option from the "Settings" sub-navigation to access its options
Your access to Setup settings depends on the permissions assigned to your User Role. If you cannot access certain settings, contact a NinjaCat admin from your team to update your permissions.
Required User Role Permissions
To access the Setup settings, your User Role must have one or more of the following permissions enabled:
- Manage Networks - Add and manage network connections at the organization level.
- Manage Organization Settings - Modify organization-wide settings and defaults.
- Manage Users - Add new users and roles, and edit existing ones.
- Manage NinjaTrack - Create new and edit existing numbers for NinjaTrack.
- Upgrade Organization - Modify billing and upgrade payment options.
- View NinjaTrack Reporting - Access and edit call details within NinjaTrack.
