Exporting users

• There's no button to export users to CSV in the app.
• Workaround: send GET https://api.ninjacat.io/management_open_api/agency_users with Authorization: Bearer <access token> and Client-Id: <client id> headers. It returns a JSON array of every user in your agency (no pagination or filters). The response doesn't include email addresses.
