Saving Agent-Generated Artifacts
AI agents can generate artifacts — Documents, Websites, and Data Apps — during a conversation. You can now save those artifacts to an account and manage them all in one place, from a dedicated Artifacts & Apps tab in the Account Command Center.
Saving an artifact from an agent conversation
When an agent generates an artifact in a conversation, select the Save to account button if you wish to keep it and be able to easily find it later. The save options include the following visibility types:
- Internal — the artifact is saved to and associated with the account you choose and is visible only to your team members. It is not shown to clients while its in Internal visibility.
- Publish to Client Portal — the artifact is published to the account's Client Portal, visible to clients invited to that portal. Learn more about Client Portals here.
The Artifacts & Apps tab at Account Level
The Artifacts & Apps tab in the Account Command Center lists every artifact tied to that account — both those saved internally and those published to the account's Client Portal. It covers a single account at a time; a cross-account view is on the roadmap.
The list shows Documents, Websites, and Data Apps, with:
- Search by artifact name
- Filter by type — Document, Website, or Data App
- Filter by visibility — All, Internal, or Client Portal
- Filter by date created — Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year, or All time (default)
Actions
From each row you can:
- Rename the artifact (all types)
- Download (Documents) or Open (Websites and Data Apps)
- Change visibility — publish to the Client Portal or remove it from the Client Portal (make internal)
- Remove from Account (delete)
- Add to Account Knowledge — add a Document to the account-level agent knowledge (Documents only)
Bulk actions
Select multiple artifacts to apply an action to all of them at once:
- Publish to Client Portal
- Make Internal
- Remove from Account
Renaming and adding to Account Knowledge are available per-row only, not in bulk.
What clients see
The Client Portal shows clients only the artifacts that have been published to it. Artifacts saved internally are never visible to clients.
