2 - Report List -
- Account Column - This column contains the account name, the name of the report file, and the name of the template used in the report w/ link
- Status Column - icons that represent the status of reports and progress through the generation process
- Frequency Column - Report generation cadence and the last date that a report was generated

3 - Re-Run Failed Reports - A bulk action that automatically finds and re-runs all reports in the queue that previously returned critical errors. NinjaCat re-runs only the failed API calls and generation steps, preserving successfully placed data from the prior attempt.
📧 Email delivery: When a report regenerates successfully via the bulk Re-Run Failed Reports button, NinjaCat will automatically send the report to its scheduled recipients if that report is configured for automatic email delivery. This is because the bulk re-run is treated as completing the report's originally scheduled delivery.
If you want to regenerate a single failed report without triggering its scheduled email send, use the per-report Retry option from the Action Menu instead.
4 - Export CSV - Generate comma-separated values file that contains every significant detail for each report in your list
5 - Create Report - Open a new report profile
