Saving & Managing Agent Filter Views
NinjaCat allows you to save customized filter combinations on the Agent Library as named Filter Views. Instead of reconfiguring the same filters each time you visit, you can save a filter state once and return to it instantly.
Filter Views are personal. Saved views are unique to your account and are not visible to other users in your organization. They persist across sessions — no matter when or where you log in, your saved views will be there.
Saving a New Filter View
- Navigate to the Agents Library from the left navigation bar.
- Apply one or more filters using the filter options at the top of the page (e.g., Owner, Data Source, Team Access, etc.).
- Once your filters are configured, click the Save Filter button (or filter save icon) near the filter controls.
- Enter a name for the filter view in the dialog that appears.
- Click Save. Your new filter view is now available in the saved views list.
Loading a Saved Filter View
- In the Agents Library, open the saved filter views selector.
- Click the name of the view you want to load.
- The filter state will be applied immediately, updating the agent list to match your saved configuration.
Updating an Existing Filter View
If you've adjusted your filters and want to save those changes to an existing view:
- Apply the desired filter changes in the Agents Library.
- Open the saved filter views selector and select the view you want to update.
- Choose the Update option for that view.
- Confirm the update. The filter view will be saved with your new configuration.
Renaming a Saved Filter View
- Open the saved filter views selector in the Agents Library.
- Find the view you want to rename and select the Rename option.
- Enter the new name and confirm.
Deleting a Saved Filter View
- Open the saved filter views selector in the Agents Library.
- Find the view you want to remove and select the Delete option.
- Confirm the deletion. The view will be permanently removed from your list.
Deletion is permanent. Deleted filter views cannot be recovered.
