Account Command Center
Once you've created accounts for your advertisers, how do you; monitor, manage data for, and keep up with the progress of those advertisers? NinjaCat's answer is the Account Command Center. The Account Command Center is the single area where you can edit all of your accounts' details. This article is a guide to what you will see in the Account Command Center.

1. Account Name - Identifies which account is being edited
By clicking on the account ID beneath the name it can be easily copied to the clipboard for pasting in to areas that require a NinjaCat Account ID.
2. Account Dashboard Link - Loads dashboard for the account
3. Account Settings - This takes you to the several tabs of detailed configuration for the account
4. Data Sources Card - Section for set up and configuring data sources specific to the account
5. Agent Preferences Card — A dedicated section for configuring account-level AI Agent context. Here you can set Agent Instructions and upload Knowledge Files that travel with this account. When a user @-mentions this account in an AI Agent conversation, the agent automatically picks up these preferences. The NinjaTrack card has been moved below Agent Preferences to accommodate this new section. Learn more about Agent Preferences.
6. NinjaTrack Card - Section for set up and configuring NinjaTrack call tracking for this account
7. Reports Card - Section for creating and managing Report Profiles for this account
8. Change History Card - Section for creating date-based entries that communicate updates, changes, and progress of this account.
9. Artifacts & Apps Tab — The command center now has two tabs: Home (everything above) and Artifacts & Apps. The Artifacts & Apps tab is a single place to manage every AI Agent artifact tied to this account. See Artifacts & Apps below.

Artifacts & Apps
The Artifacts & Apps tab in the Account Command Center gives your team one place to manage every AI Agent artifact tied to a single account — whether it was saved internally to the account or published to the account's Client Portal.
The Artifacts & Apps tab covers one account at a time. A cross-account view of all artifacts across every account is on the roadmap and not available today.
What's in the list
The list shows every artifact associated with this account, across three types:
- Documents — agent-generated files (in the Client Portal, these appear labeled as "Files").
- Websites — agent-generated static websites.
- Data Apps — published or account-saved Data Apps.
Each row shows the artifact's visibility — Internal (visible only to your team) or Client Portal (visible to invited client users). You can narrow the list with:
- Search by name
- Type filter (Documents, Websites, Data Apps)
- Visibility filter (All, Internal, Client Portal)
- Date filter (Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year, All time)
Row actions
From any row you can:
- Rename the artifact.
- Open it (Websites and Data Apps) or Download it (Documents).
- Add to Account Knowledge File (Documents only) — adds the file to this account's agent knowledge so it travels with the account in future agent conversations. See the Agent Preferences Card above.
- Publish to Client Portal / Remove from Client Portal — change the artifact's visibility.
- Remove from Account — delete the artifact from the account.
Bulk actions
Select multiple artifacts to apply an action to all of them at once. Three actions are available in bulk:
- Publish to Client Portal
- Make Internal (removes the artifacts from the Client Portal)
- Remove from Account
Rename and Add to Account Knowledge File are available per row only — they are not bulk actions.
Availability
The Artifacts & Apps tab appears for users when:
- The AI Agents feature is enabled for your agency, and
- The user has the Agents View/Chat permission (or is an admin).
Add to Account Knowledge File depends on a production storage/permissions configuration. If this action doesn't appear to take effect, it may not yet be fully enabled in your environment — contact NinjaCat support to confirm before relying on it.
