NinjaCat Technical Support Bot Updates - December 2024

As of December 26th, 2024, all NinjaCat customers will have access to an updated technical support bot that can help users get the answers they need to any technical questions regarding the NinjaCat platform.

New Support Bot

The new support bot will be available to current NinjaCat subscribers via a small icon in the bottom right hand corner of the NinjaCat user interface. This will replace the current bot many customers may be used to.

Let’s review some of the key features of NinjaCat’s new support bot so you can get the most out of your experience when you are looking for NinjaCat answers.

New Support Bot Features

A. Recent messages -

This box will show you any updates from any open conversations you have with our bot or with our technical support associates. You can click on this box to see a list of open tickets and conversations.

B. Status -

This box shows the current operational status of the NinjaCat platform. If there are any system wide outages or issues, this box will let you know. You can click on the box to open up a larger, more detailed view of NinjaCat’s operational status.

C. Ask a question -

By clicking on this box you can access Nina, NinjaCat’s support AI agent. Nina can answer most questions regarding NinjaCat’s platform and help you troubleshoot any issues you may have. You can also ask Nina to speak with a technical support associate which will allow you to create a ticket with our team.

D. Visit Our Knowledge Base -

Clicking here will open up a new window in your browser to NinjaCat’s extensive knowledge base. Here, you can look up helpful articles, release notes and videos about the NinjaCat platform.

E. NinjaCademy -

Clicking here gives you direct access to NinjaCats certification program, Ninjacademy. Here, you can become a NinjaCat expert or just learn a bit more about specific features you are interested in.

F. Create a ticket -

Clicking here will open up our ticket form where you can fill out relevant information about your issue or question and submit a ticket to our technical support team.

G. Home -

This button will take you back to the main view of the support bot if you are coming from the Messages view.

H. Messages -

This button gives you direct access to an overview of messages you have with our AI bot, Nina, and our technical support team.
