We’re excited to introduce the v1 release of our new Google Sheets Mapping UI within DataCloud! 🎉 This overhaul is designed to improve speed, accuracy, and ease of use when mapping your Google Sheets data.

🔥 What’s New?

✅ Enhanced Mapping UI: A cleaner, more intuitive interface to speed up your mapping process.
✅ AI-Powered Auto-Mapping: Automatically match your Google Sheets data with suggested mappings to save time.
✅ Automatic Dataset Creation: Once mapped, your data will be structured into a dataset within DataCloud.
✅ Edit Google Sheets Mappings: Users can now edit Google Sheets mappings directly, providing greater flexibility and control.
✅ Faster Performance: We’ve significantly improved the AI matching process, reducing load times from approximately 40 seconds to just 12 seconds.
✅ More Frequent Data Refreshes: Google Sheets can now be ingested multiple times per day, aligning with legacy functionality to keep your data fresher than ever.
✅ New Calculation and Display Options: Users can now access all “Calculate As” options for metrics and all existing “Display As” types for both metrics and dimensions.

We have introduced a "Limit Data Requests" toggle specifically for the LinkedIn Organizations Provider to enhance performance when viewing results using "Post" Dimensions.

This toggle, disabled by default, is located under the Filters section, above the Date Range filter.

When enabled, the toggle restricts the amount of data requested from the API to prevent timeout errors in Post reports. It ensures that only Posts created within the specified date range are retrieved. Please note that this setting applies exclusively to the template editor; Reports and Dashboards will continue to display complete data.

We're excited to introduce the new "Report Data Source" dropdown selector—an update to our Bing Ads integration that enhances your reporting experience for Performance Max Campaigns. Although these campaigns have always been available, Bing’s reporting limitations meant that data was provided only at the campaign level, often leading to confusion.

To address this and offer you more flexibility, we've implemented two key updates:

Campaign Type Field: Now you can filter campaigns by type, making it easier to isolate the data that matters most to you.

Report Data Source Dropdown: This new selector lets you force a campaign-level report, ensuring your performance data aligns perfectly with Bing’s reporting structure.

These improvements streamline your reporting process, making it clearer and more intuitive to work with your Bing Ads data.

We have added new customization options for comparison arrows in the Template Editor's Scorecard and Table widgets. Users can now:

  • Change arrow styles using predefined types (more styles coming soon)
  • Customize arrow colors for increase, decrease, and neutral states
  • Access these options via Template Settings under the Styling section
  • Further personalize individual widgets by selecting Custom arrow colors

These enhancements give users greater control over their template aesthetics.

To customize your arrows:

  1. Go To The Template Settings Tab
  2. Navigate to Styling
  3. Adjust comparison arrow styling and color preferences
  4. For widget-specific changes, select Custom under Arrow Colors.

We have added functionality allowing account-specific dashboard template configurations. Users can now customize dashboard template selections at the account level through the following path:

  • Account Command Center > More Actions > Settings > Dashboard tab

This new feature enables:

  • Including/excluding specific templates per account
  • Template selection visibility control
  • Customized dashboard per account

Templates excluded from an account's dashboard selection will not appear in that account's dashboard view or downloads. This enhancement provides greater customization flexibility at the individual account level, eliminating the need to create multiple templates for minor variations.

Enhancements to chart widgets include year display options, mixed chart type controls, and data label positioning for better control over visualizations.

We are excited to announce the release of our new Success Center for Customer Success. It allows in-app messages and onboarding journey checklists directly to users.

We've added a new "Paused" status to the report list page, making paused reports clearly visible in the main list view. You can also filter specifically for paused reports using the status filter.

We are thrilled to announce that we've updated LinkedIn Organization to the latest version! We are now on 202501. Customers should not notice any changes to the functioning of our integration.

We've made another small but powerful improvement to the template editor! Selected items now stay pinned to the top while scrolling through the list, making it easier to track selections, especially with data sources that allow multiple selections.
