Show sync history start time as the batch created time

Sync history now shows the time each batch was actually created as its start time. Before, when syncs overlapped, batches could display the start time of an earlier run — so several batches appeared to begin at the same moment. The Sync History list, the batch details view, and the batch summary now show the correct per-batch start time, giving you an accurate picture of when each sync began. Completion times are unchanged. Older sync records fall back to their previous start time where the created time isn't available.
