SharePoint files as knowledge files (agent + account level) and conversation attachments

You can now add SharePoint files as knowledge files, right alongside the Google Drive files you already use. Add them when building an agent, at the account level as agent knowledge, or attach them directly in a conversation.

Getting started with SharePoint takes three steps:

  1. On the Datasources page, add SharePoint as a Network.
  2. In Data Cloud, connect your SharePoint account by adding its credentials.
  3. Once connected, that SharePoint account is available anywhere you add files — as a Knowledge File when building an agent (Agent Builder), as a Knowledge File at the account level (agent knowledge), and as an upload/attachment within an agent conversation. Browse or search your sites and pick the files you want.

SharePoint knowledge files stay in sync with the source: when the file changes in SharePoint, the agent uses the updated version. Each file links back to its original in SharePoint, and file size limits and lost-access handling work the same way they do for Google Drive.
