Scheduled Triggers — What's New

⚠️ ACTION NEEDED: Review access on your existing triggers
As part of this update, every existing trigger has been defaulted to run with Organization-wide access and flagged "Needs Attention."

  • Your existing triggers keep running exactly as configured — nothing breaks.
  • But each one is now set to Organization-wide access, meaning it can see everything the org can reach.
  • You need to review each flagged trigger and either:
    (a) confirm Organization-wide access is correct, or
    (b) change it to Your access (user-scoped).
  • Reviewing a trigger clears its "Needs Attention" flag.

NEW UPDATES

📅 More schedule cadences

  • Monthly — run on any date (1–31) or the last day of the month. Dates 29/30/31 skip short months (e.g. a 31st schedule won't run in Feb or April); an upcoming-runs list auto-opens so you can see the skipped runs before saving.
  • Interval — repeat every 15 minutes up to every 28 days.

👤 Trigger access scope

  • Your access (default) — the run sees exactly what the creator can see; access follows the creator.
  • Organization-wide — the run sees everything the org can reach and belongs to the org, not a person, so it keeps working after someone leaves. Only a full-access user can create or change one.
  • Org-wide triggers are flagged for review in the trigger list; narrow them to one person's access or confirm org-wide to clear the flag.

🔮 Upcoming Runs preview

  • Before saving, see the next 5 run times for your chosen schedule, computed in the org timezone.

📊 Run History with statuses

  • Each trigger keeps a filterable run record: Scheduled / Running / Completed / Failed, with duration and finish info.

📋 At-a-glance + org-wide Automation list

  • Every trigger shows its last run and next run inline.
  • A new org-wide Automation table gathers all triggers in one place, filterable by status and by which ones need an access review.

🤖 Agent self-follow-ups

  • An agent can schedule a single follow-up (e.g. "check again in half an hour") and resume in the same conversation.

🛠️ Agent Builder support

  • Describe a schedule in Agent Builder ("run every Monday morning and email me results") and it appears in the trigger form. Nothing saves until you save the agent. Agent Builder handles scheduled triggers only — not webhook triggers — and leaves existing webhooks untouched.
