Refresh Ad Preview Images for Google Ad Manager creatives

Report editors working with Google Ad Manager data can now refresh GAM creative preview images directly from the template editor. Right-click on a table widget that includes a GAM Creative Preview column and choose "Refresh Ad Preview Images" or directly from a dashboard to force the visible creatives to re-render. This is useful when a GAM creative thumbnail looks stale or has failed to render, and you want to get a fresh API pull.
