New "Agent Access" Permission at User Level

We've released a new "Agents Access" permission toggle at the User Level (Settings --> Users --> Roles). This means that users no longer require the "Data Cloud Access" permission toggle to be enabled in order to work with our AI Agents.

Note: If your organization does not have access to Agents, then you will not see this toggle available in user settings. If you're interested in our AI Agents, reach out to your CSM or our NinjaCat Support ([email protected]).

If your org does have access to Agents, these are important notes for this release:
-If a user already had "Data Cloud Access" toggle enabled, then we automatically enabled the "Agents Access" toggle for that user so as not to disrupt their current access to Agents and to the Data Cloud.
-If a user had the "Data Cloud Access" toggle disabled, then the "Agents Access" toggle is also disabled.
-For any net new user, the Agents Access toggle is disabled by default.

Another Note: If a user has access to Agents, but not Data Cloud, then they can still manage the datasets that are assigned at the Agent level, but they won't be able to access those datasets directly in the Data Explorer.

Please review your user permissions and adjust accordingly.
