Manual Sync: all or specific accounts on Dataset Details

On the Dataset Details page, Manual Sync now lets you choose which accounts to sync. By default it syncs all accounts, matching how it worked before. Turn off the "Sync All Accounts" toggle to reveal a searchable list of accounts and pick just the ones you want, then run the sync for that selection only.

This brings the dataset-level Manual Sync in line with the account-scoped syncing already available at the connector level, so you can refresh a specific account's data without re-syncing everything. The account picker only appears for connectors where selecting individual accounts is applicable.
