Expand Meta agent tools: Marketing + Graph API

The Meta Ads connector just got a lot more capable. AI agents can now do more inside Meta directly — no custom actions required.
What agents can now do:
• Manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads — list, create, update, pause, and resume
• Set campaign and ad set budgets
• Build ad creatives
• Look up ad account and targeting details
• Read Facebook Pages and their posts, and view the ad accounts and Pages in a business portfolio
New campaigns, ad sets, and ads are created paused by default, so nothing goes live until you turn it on. This brings Meta tooling in line with what's already available for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
