Display readable dates in Edit Value

When you edit a date value directly in a report — right-click a widget and choose Edit Value — the value now appears as a readable date (for example, 01-04-2023 12:00am) instead of a raw timestamp number. You can type a new date back in using common formats (dashes, slashes, or dots as separators), and the field flags invalid entries and blocks saving until they're corrected. Dates are shown and interpreted in UTC, matching how they already appear in your tables and charts.
