Dataset Lineage Tracker — "SQL Transform rebuild in process" status

The Dataset Lineage Tracker now recognizes when a materialized SQL Transform is in the middle of a rebuild. While the rebuild runs, lineage shows "SQL Transform rebuild in process" on the transform and on any datasets that depend on it, instead of a misleading dataset error. The status clears automatically once the rebuild finishes and the data is readable again.
