Clearer dataset warning messages

Dataset warnings on the Dataset Details page are now easier to read and understand. Each warning appears as its own bullet under a heading that makes clear the warnings reflect the state of your data as of the last time it was received — not your current configuration. If you've recently updated a mapping or setting, you'll no longer be left wondering whether a stale warning still applies to the change you just made.
