Bob Connector Awareness — connector-first agent building

When you build an agent in Agent Builder, the assistant now knows which connectors your organization can use and whether each one is ready or still needs to be set up. When a supported connector covers what you're asking for, the assistant recommends and attaches it instead of hand-building a custom action — and shows it as a card in the chat with buttons to connect, pick an existing connection, or undo.

If a connector needs setup, that's now a normal step rather than a dead end: you connect it in Data Sources and the assistant finishes adding it when you come back. The assistant sets read and write permissions for each connector it adds, with any write access requiring approval before it runs, and you can adjust those permissions or remove a connector at any time. Custom actions are still there for genuine gaps the connectors don't cover.
