Artifact Management at the Account Level and Artifact Creation Iteration
A new dedicated tab in the account command center gives account teams one place to manage every AI agent artifact tied to an account. The list shows all artifacts — Documents, Websites, and Data Apps — that have been either saved internally to that account or published to its Client Portal, with search and filters by type, visibility, and date. It covers a single account at a time (a cross-account view is on the roadmap). From the list you can rename, open or download, delete, change visibility, add an artifact to the account-level agent knowledge, and apply those actions in bulk.
When you generate an artifact in an agent conversation, you now have two options: save it internally to the account for future reference, or publish it to the Client Portal for your clients to see (as before). Saving internally is the new option — you can now keep a finalized artifact associated with an account without exposing it to clients. Both are intentional save/publish actions on a finalized artifact; non-finalized drafts aren't retained.
