Add from Google Drive to agent and account knowledge files
You can now add files to an AI agent's knowledge straight from Google Drive — at both the individual agent level and the account level.
In the agent builder, open Knowledge Files and choose "Add from Google Drive" to browse a connected Drive account, pick a document, and attach it as a source the agent can reference. These agent-level files stay current: on each new conversation turn the agent checks Google Drive for the latest version, so edits made in Drive are picked up on the agent's next response — no manual re-upload. If access to a file is later revoked in Drive, the agent stops using it.
At the account level, open an account's Agent Knowledge area and choose "Add from Google Drive" to import a file into that account's shared AI knowledge base. Drive-sourced files show a "View in Drive" action in place of Download, and they refresh automatically whenever you @mention that account in a conversation, keeping the knowledge current with the source file. Each account can hold up to 50 knowledge files.
Adding from Google Drive requires a connected Google Drive account; without one, you can still add files from your computer as before.
