Add from Google Drive (file attach in agent chat)
You can now attach files from Google Drive directly in agent chat. When you click the attach (+) button, you'll see two options: add a file from your computer, or add one from Google Drive.
Hovering "Add from Google Drive" shows every Google Drive connection your organization has set up — so you can pick the right source for the file you need. If you haven't connected any Google Drive accounts yet, you'll see "No connections available" and won't have a Drive source to choose from until one is added.
Once you choose a connection, you can search your Drive or pick from your most recent files, then attach the one you want to the conversation. Google Docs and Slides come in as text and Sheets come in as CSV, so your agent can work with the contents right away. Files are pulled in directly through your connection, so you don't need to download and re-upload them first.
